In order to buy a vehicle in our town, we had to take a written test and a drivers test.  We studied the rules of the road and took the test.  Then, out on the playground, we had to follow the course to pass.  One of the hardest parts was driving in between the cones.  Once we had our license, we could look at the ads to buy a car.
